Ho effettuato tutti i passaggi per installare il prodotto sul mio portatile però mi viene detto che l'abbonamento è scaduto.

    Hello @Mauro Carrara,

    I have noticed that you have an Internet Security license valid until March 2024.

    You also had a separate Mobile Security for Android license, however, this has indeed expired in March 2023, so if you are trying to install protection on a mobile device, this won't be possible using the Internet Security license because it can cover Windows devices only.

    In the event you also require protection for mobile devices, you can choose from the following options:

    a. contact the Support teams to request an upgrade to Total Security

    b. purchase an additional Mobile Security for Android/iOS license, depending on the mobile operating system
