Is This Company For Real? Really ###### Off

Another one of those people that opened up a new product and entering in the code to be told it's not valid. If that was not insulting enought then told to contact customer support. First there is no email link, no live support and the phone link cuts off after waiting five minutes. All this is promised and then not delivered. How are they suposed to help protect my computer. Not even an email link, what sort of backwards company is this? Totally furious. Everyone will know of my bad experience with this terrible company. If anyone has their email address please send it to me;
