HEY people


ok i need help and fast please


what has happened is that i downloaded bitdefender 2009 total security


and i have had the following problems


1. it lags out my comp on start up


2. blocks my internet completely


3. and just doesnt work well


4. my old anti virus not reinstalling after removing bit defender


ok if any one knows how to fix please post


on the comp as well as trying to use bit defender i have also


running ZONE ALARM FIREWALL


SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY]


my comp is


2.6 dual core AMD ATHLON 5000+


XP servive pack2


NVidia 8600 gt

    First of all the BD suite you are installing has already a firewall so, if you intend to use ZoneAlarm firewall choose BD 2009 Antivirus.


    If you want only the BD suite uninstall Zone Alarm.Spybot Search and Distroy real time protection should be disabled.


    Before installing BD you d better remove those 2.


    You ll have faster loading times if you disable vulnerability check.


    Your computer should manage well this antivirus.Please also check if your memory is running in dual channel configuration ,use CPU Z to check it out.
