Upgrading To 2009

If I have IS 2008, can I upgrade to IS 2009 free of charge or do I actually have to pay for it if my subscirption is still active. I went to the upgrade tab but it would only let me upgrade to TS 2009.

I did the same question yesterday.You can upgrade for free if your sub is active.
I got my reply from Cris super moderator.
