Suspicious Connection blocked notifications won't STOP

Please tell me how to turn these off! I recently had to use the Microsoft Authenticator and now these notifications popped up and interrupt my typing...it's maddening!

Tried to contact the help line but was on hold for over 30 min! Not good...might be canceling my renewed subscription as a result.
