Windows Is Not Working Right Since Last Update
Hi everyone,
I am running total security on a windows 11 machine.
Since the last update windows has been very choppy and laggy, and the mouse does not work right. Basically, it is unusable.
Anyone else?
Can this be fixed?

I have noticed it is bcdservicehost chewing up CPU in task manager.

It seems I was wrong about Bitdefender. It was the AMD graphics driver causing the issue.
