How do you set up Bitdefender to auto shut down PC after a full scan?

That can be done by creating a Custom Scan, by following the steps in this article.

Post scan actions. Choose what action Bitdefender should take in case no threats are found:

• Show Summary window
• Shutdown device
• Close Scan window
