Virus Found But Bf Cant Get Rid Of It

Hi

I have a virus on my pc but Bit Defender cant move or delete it , please help ..

Remaining issues:Object Name Threat Name Final Status

C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\4D2VCXMB\upgrade[1].cab=]upgrade.exe Dropped:Trojan.Generic.924376 Delete Failed (file was in an archive)

I know i may have to delete the file manually but i cant find the file .
