Downloaded 2008 Again

I had to use the link to download 2008 Bitdefender again my old one was not working. I enter my product key and complete the set up again, but each time i log on it wants me to do it all over again. It says I a still evaluating the product but i still have 6 months left and my key. Help?

I went to that page and there is like 20 links there. Are you a staff person?

My bitdefender stopped working so I had to download it again through a link a guy at the chat center gave me. I download the 2008 bitdefender again. When it opens up on my pc I complete the registration process and enter my key. I sign off my pc. I sign back on it tells me I am still evaluating the product. It has done this 10 times. I just want to use my last 6 months and stop having to go through this process everytime I turn on my pc. How do I get this Bitdefender to recognize the key and membership I have left?

Can someone at Bitdefender please tell me how to get my product key to work with this 2008 Bitdefender I had to dowload again (the old on stopped working)? I complete all the steps when i sign on my pc including entering my product code but it keeps saying I am evaluating and makes me run through registering again.
