Old MacAfee file blocking BitDefender install

My laptop crashed and I had to recover it back to my 2018 Windows 10 original configuration. MacAfee came with it, and had 2 entries in apps. I was able to delete one. BitDefender VPN reinstalled fine, but I'm unable to reinstall BitDefender Security because the remaining MacAfee file refuses to delete. It says "Cannot find page."

Any advice on how to get rid of MacAfee? BD refuses to proceed with installation otherwise. Thanks.
