Activation of Bitdefender BOX 2

Hi Guys

I bought bitdefender Box from the shop and apperently I am suppose to get a year subscription. Under the central it ask for a code to activate the subscription but where am i supose to get the code I did not buy it online so no email was send.

I checked the box and it was sealed when I got it there is no code inside unless I miss it somewhere. Any help would be appreciated

if you purchased Bitdefender from a physical retail store, you’ll find the activation code printed on a card inside the box that the Bitdefender software came in.

Maybe, you should check the box again and see for a card with the activation code printed.

Thanks for the response guys will have to mail them. I checked and triple checked the box again there is a card in there but no code. The card only states that the product has a year warranty.
