Strange Problem (internet Security 2008)

I m having strange prob while trying to update bitdefender. The progress bar after shwing 100% shows the progress to 200% ..then 300% upto 900% and then I get value 12450% sumthing like that. And after a while I get an update error. Can anybody tell me whats happening...

    Hello waqar


    That sometimes happens when BitDefender get stuck when trying to apply or download an update.


    Retry after a while and you will get your updates.

    I have the same problem.. but in my case.. after that, the update process failed and shows an error message : " Update Error (IO timeout) ". There is no problem with my internet connection. My browsing speed is fast actually..

    Greetings I'm using it and as far i had no problems with updates

    I m not been able to get update since the installation due to this prob. My internet connection is working fine.
