How To Write The Arguments In Command Line

I use bitdefender 10 free edition. Does this free edition has a real-time guard function?

And I use free download manager(FDM) to download files from internet. FDM can perform a virus scan after the files are downloaded with one antivirus software.

I setup "C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender10\bdlite.exe" to scan the downloaded files with %file% as arguments. It works, but the scan always include boot sectors, Memory Processes, archives and runtime packers, so the whole process waste a lot of time.

I just want to scan the files I download, can I use some smart arguments to skip the other detections and only scan what I want? How to write the argument with bdlite.exe? Who knows?

I believe there are some ways to do this. Because if I use mouse right click to scan some files, the BD only scan the files themselves not including any others like memory processes and boot sectors. And other antivirus softwares such as AVG and Avira both can skip the memory processes and boot sectors when are used with FDM.

Please help me! Thank you very much!

  • Who knows? Thank you!

  • Hello wanglu624

The free edition doesn't have realtime protection. I am only a volunteer so I don't know which parameters you have to use for not scanning memory and other locations. Best is contacting live assistance or waiting for someone who might now.
