Nti Cd & Dvd-maker Does Not Work

HI,


Just installed Bitdefender 2010 (13.0.18) on a Vista computer. Now NTI CD & DVD-maker 7 wil not start up. It remains in memory as a process but no screen pops up. This process can't be terminated. When I start it up in compatibility mode (XP SP2) it gives an error message (something like "%1 is not properly installed or changed ...", original language of message is Dutch).


I reinstalled NTI several times and closed the active virus control. No result.


Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Bor,


    I guess (not very sure, we are investigating the issue) after few test that NTI CD&DVD Maker is somehow incompatible with BitDefender.


    Untill solution is found, except the application (folder) from scanning (Antivirus -> Exclusions) and from AVC (Antivirus -> Advanced Settings -> Exclusions) and try to use it.

    exactly same problem, I have disabled my antivirus and still NTI does not start.

    Try the following one by one and then run the application


    1) Disable AVC


    2) Enable AVC and move its slider to different levels.


    If it works only with AVC disable then add its executable to exclusion list.
