Services Stop Responding And Block All In And Out Connections?!

Hi there,

I have Windows 7 64-bit. And every day I need to restart my PC because the BitDefender Services stop responding, and I can't use the internet when they are not responding because BitDefender blocks all connections when the services are not responding. This is very irritating when I am downloading a game, because, I leave my PC throughout the night to download the game, and when the services stop responding, my download stops, and then I can't get through the firewall. <img class=" /> Is there a way that I can stop BitDefender from blocking my connections when the services stop responding?

BitDefender is a GREAT antivirus!!! I will never use any other Antivirus software other than BitDefender. But this is the only thing about Bitdefender that I REALY don't like!!

And I understand that this a security feature of BitDefender.

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks in advance..

I too am experiencing this problem. Running windows 7, 64 bit and absolutely no other malware or anti virus program other the BD 2011. I have sat patiently and watched all the complaints come in, but YOU REALLY DO HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH 2011. I have been doing a system scan today and as soon as you go to do something involving the internet, the sevices stop responding, the scan freezes, you can not connect to the internet and you have to reboot the computer and go back to square one with your scan.

Come on guys, pull this very defective version and fix it!!!!!

Yes there is alot of things that need to be fixed in BD 2011.... for instance, it tell you that a program is allowed to connect to the internet (which really irritating), and it asks you everytime if you want to add this game to the whitelist for the Game Mode setting even if it has already added the game. So everytime I close the game, up pops BD asking me if I want to add this application to the whitelist EVERYTIME!!!

I'm going back to 2010, it was less buggy and less ANNOYING!! <img class=" />

EDIT: BD 2010 also didn't have so many "BitDefender services not responding". If BD let my connections through when the services weren't responding, it wouldn't bother me so much.
