Won't Update To New Build

I installed BD Antivirus Pro 2011 5 days ago and have been having the problem with the icon greying out and losing service and internet interconnectivity. The build I have installed is 14.0.24.330. Despite updating until I'm blue in the face I can't upgrade to 14.0.28.351 which I understand fixes the issue.


I've run repair and restore to build 14.0.23 then run a manual upgrade but it still only updates as far as 14.0.24.330. It may be a coincidence but the services stopped responding during the update itself.


Any advice before I junk the whole thing?

    I'm in the UK and using an English version of BD installed from a disc.

  • If I uninstall BD and reinstall from the internet in the hopes I'll get the latest version, can I reuse the licence key from my disc?
