Cannot Install Antivirus On Whs Home Server: Not Compatible

I tried to install BD Antivirus 2009 on WHS, but I get a message that it is not compatible with this Operating System, although BD Antivirus is listed as compatible with WHS on BD's homepage! I have all updates installed on WHS.

    I am also having the same issue. WHen I go to install BitDefender I get an error stating that it is not compatable with my version of WHS. Would you be able to send me the patch as well

    I have the same issue, I cannot get BD Free to install, it says only support XP, Vista, and Home Server 32b. Not sure what 32b is but I have the WHS 1 with SP2. Odd thing is the install says BD Free Ed. 2009 but downloaded here where it says WHS supported.

    I am facing the same problem: Bitdefender Free won't install on my Windows Home Server V1 (32 bit), Service Pack 2.


    When running the installer I am getting the following error: "This BitDefender product is not compatible with your operating system. It can only be installed on Windows XP SP2 or higher, Vista or Homeserver 32b. The installation is aborted."

    I have read about a patch in other threads of this forum which is able to fix this problem.


    It would be great if you could upload it or send it to me by mail.
