[resolved] System Tray Warning - But No Current Issue?

The system tray icon shows the red warning triangle and the mouse-over "WARNING - 1 issue is affecting the security status of this PC".


However, when I open BD the main screen "security status" says "No security issues affect the status of this PC".


So what is the issue which the system tray warning is telling me about? Can I get rid of this warning?

    I followed these steps, the problem has gone away and has not recurred, so that's OK.
