Cannot Register Bitdefender 2010
i can not register bitdefender 2010 when i use my email and password, because it cannot connect to bitdefender Server. how can i do?

interestingly, when i upgrade BD 2010 to BD 2011,and download offline upgrade package, it work perfectly.
