Asked Refund Its Been 14 Days

If asked refund many times i purchased bitdefender internet security at www.bitdefender.nl


it runs like crap freezes my browser once in a while and messed up my bandwidth


if got very strong i7 920 rig with a corsair f120.


so i asked refund either way they went through anything like 1 week later still no refund so i contact again i get no responds whatsoever.


so i i contact chat support still no refund.


contacted mail again new ticket id still no responds.


now if just chatted with chat support again he Say's i will get a e-mail soon.

anyway its been 14 day's now and i known I'm only being able to get a refund within 30 day's if been asking refund since day one off purchase.


Can i plz plz plz get my refund so i can go on with my life and purchase another anti virus finally ?


Anyway I'm totally not satisfied atm at all so wont consider trying again next year either way unless i get refund.


my last ticket id 201109161026794 by mail.

    if tryit contacting them meanwhile the mail contact does't work gives me something in french which translates to that failed delivery.


    if meanwhile managed to send mail from here.

  • they refuse to give me my money back their has to be something wrong with it first their something seriously wrong with and i want my money back.


    i will contineu to spam mails and on forum every day untill i got my money back this is unacceptable......


    it say's not satified money back and i'm not satified.

    issues if had messes up bandwith


    messed up latencies


    makes my web browser firefox slow and lets it freeze.

    its funny how much slower and unresponsive bitdefender makes my rig.


    nod32 anti virus + comodo firewall is way better how could if been so stupid to give bitdefender a try at all.........


    let alone get fooled by the fact that getting money returned if not happy which is obviously a lie.

  • the funny thing is when i go to my bitdefender acount and click contact it sends me to the wrong site...........

  • now its been like an hour or longer still no respons from bitdefender eptimum.

  • Just noticed my first mail was with eptinum they did say they gonna refund me asked bank details but that was 16 day's ago now still haven't received my money back.


    Their also no ticket id or anything and they dont respond back at all.

  • Finaly got a respons back and they are checking if the money was send back yet.


    I'm still woried because it took way to long for them to respond back.

    How can you say that you sent an email 16 days ago when you created this topic on Sep 20 2011, 11:02 PM, meaning 3 days ago? Your account with BitDefender was created on 06-09-2011 03:04:04. Note that you are not the only one asking for assistance therefore you may not receive an answer in the next hour as you expected. Spamming the forum won't help you at all. You just have to wait patiently for our answer.


    We are NOT scamming anyone and your attitude was really rude. You should first come and ask for more info. I have tested the contact form from the link below and I was able to successfully send a request for assistance: "Uw vraag is goed doorgekomen, u ontvangt zo snel mogelijk een antwoord".


    You have sent multiple requests for the refund, most of them in Dutch. You should have read the Support page more carefully. We do NOT provide Customer Support in Dutch and almost nobody in the company understands it so how can they answer to your queries?


    Furthermore you mentioned:


    nod32 anti virus + comodo firewall


    - have you uninstall them before installing BitDefender? If yes, how?


    Last but not least you are asking in one of your tickets why we don't support Malwarebytes. It is because we consider the application as another security solution installed on the PC, software that can create issues in using the PC and its performance.


    I have warned your account with 50% for the rude language used in both this topic and the tickets you've sent. With all due respect you should consider yourself lucky for not getting banned.


    You were also offered a 3 months license key FREE of charge however you refused it. Giving you a license key does not mean that your refund request was declined. However, that was a one time offer and do not apply anymore.

    no i asked refund way before i created this topic how about using your brain for once because i made this topic after having waited this long.


    and Stop threating me like garbage.


    i asked a refund 18 day's ago its still not their get where i am going at ?


    Then how about getting to work on my refund so i dont have any god ###### reason anymore to spam here.....


    and i dont have to explain anything its being satified or money back its saying that right on the site where i bought.

    Contacted eptimum 6 september for refund same day as i bought it was't happy at all about bitdefender anti virus still not happy so i want my money back ofc.
