Web Pages Stuck On Loading Since I've Installed The Sept 9 Update.

I have BD Int Sec2012 and I experienced my browser getting stuck on loading pages after I installed the update from Sept 9th. I tried both Firefox and Opera and pages simply would stay stuck on loading until I stopped it and refreshed the page.


I uninstalled BDIS and both browsers operated just fine. I then re-installed BD, but didn't update, and was able to browse relatively smooth. I then installed the update and experienced the page loading problem again.


So as things stand now I have BDIS installed in the state it comes in from the download link(no updates) w/ auto update turned off. I can browse fine, but my Internet Download Mgr. doesn't work properly because the fix is in the last update.


Please help me out. Thanks.

Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit


AMD Tourion M600 2.4 GHz


4 gigs RAM

    The issue should be resolved with the latest build update released 2 days ago. Please check the topic below:

    The bdtl.dll file version should be after the update: 15.0.31.1278.


    Note that this only applies if you are using the English version of BitDefender as also explained in the topic above.


    Please let me know if the issue persist after you update and restart the PC.

  • Hello guys,I had same problem as azul,but only in firefox 6.0.2 browser.It's only some pages like google news,espn,espn3 are some of the pages that don't load properly.In other browsers Opera 11.51,IE 9,Maxthon 3.1.7.1000 pages load properly on my system.Vista Home Premium sp/2 32 bit.I really prefer ff browser,but I like Bitdefender too.Bitdefender running really smooth after update,all but the loading of certain web site pages in ff.
