[resolved]A Few Questions About Bitdefender Is 2012

I have installed a trial of Bitdefender IS 2012.


And i have read there is a sandbox , but i cannot see it anywhere in the bitdefender client , why are there no settings ?


And if i open my browser ( firefox ) i do not see anything about a sandbox , how i know i am running the browser in the Bitdefender sandbox ?


And i have the search advisor on , and if i type for example '' free online games '' , all it shows is question marks , not green or red or yellow signs.


Does that mean the database is very small or is there something wrong ?


I have Windows 7 64-bit , fully updated.

    Post a screenshot with the BitDefender toolbar and a second one with the Search Advisor icon you mentioned (the question mark). This issue is occurring on what browser? All of them? Post the following information:


    - browser version;


    - a support tool log as explained below;


    - bdtl.dll file version located in the BitDefender installation folder at:


    C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2012\


    - httpvs10xu.dll file version found in the same location mentioned above;


    [how to generate SupportTool log]


    Please follow the steps explained in the article below and send me via PM the generated log file:

    Hi , thanks for your answer , i did already uninstall bitdefender , but i will test it again later maybe , i will test it first in a virtual OS ( virtualbox )
