Garbled Text Not Solved (traditional Chinese)

I upgraded my Bitdefender Total Security from the 2010 to the 2012 version recently, and the text turned garbled on some websites after installation.


Actually, I've re-installed my Windows 7 system due to system crash after the first installation of BD2012.


This means the system is clean now and the chance of compatibility problem is low.


There are similar topics in this forum indicating that garbled texts were noted on some Japanese websites, and they said this issue was solved in recent updates. But it seems not working for me.


I'm using Windows 7 32bit, traditional Chinese (Taiwan) version. Ironically, I could read the simplified Chinese (they use in China) version of the same website.


Please solve this problem for me, and I hope you can extend my subscription or give me the refund...I have to buy another antivirus software now!

    A product update was released. Your build should be 15.0.36.1530(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
