Unable To Fix Issue (on-access Scanning Is Disabled)
I turned on my laptop this morning and when I logged into windows and my Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 starts up, I notice the logo is a different color indicating an issue or problem.
I open it and there is 1 issue to fix. It says "On-access scanning is disabled" So I hit repair. All it ever does is say failed. I restarted my laptop to see if that helps and it did nothing. I'm pretty sure my Bitdefender is still protecting me at this point, It's just annoying to always have an issue to fix.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

I had the same issue and the only way to make it work again was to reboot a second time. I will keep an eye out for this but I suspect that after the software asks you to reboot, the scanning will not boot up until you reboot a second time.0 -

So all I should do Is reset a couple times and see if that fixes it? From what I read in the other topic there is a file that can only be updated when windows is starting up. Well here I go to try this. Hope it works.
