I've got Bitdefender Total Security 2012 how do I block a web site ???

    Hi Richard, and welcome :)


    What you are seeking to do is done through the Parental Control settings. On page 90-92 of the manual, Parental Control (see the link below in my siggy) will explain the settings, and in creating a user account to have control of.


    As shown below, from the manual, you may need to password protect your settings if the PC is run in Admin mode, compared to Guest Account mode.


    If your children can access an administrator account on their computer, you must


    configure a password to protect the Parental Control settings. For more information,


    please refer to “Password-protecting Bitdefender settings” (p. 17).

    The only way to block a website is from the Parental Control module.


    Also, if the website is infected, Bitdefender will block it automatically :P
