Cannot Create Rescue Cd On Usb, Please Help Me.

I tried to create Rescue CD on US. I did by follow step by step in this topic already, But output could not work.
I did plug in Rescue USB in computer and setup the first boot drive in BIOS to be boot from USB drive and then
Computer show this msg :

Show this screen long time, and there are not anythings. It's not working.
Please help me and suggest me
1. How do Create Rescue CD on USB ?
2. The Rescue mode in new version (2012), the screen look well . When new Rescue CD will launch ? or Where are download ?

How come the rescue cd files dont download as .iso files, they are just folders.... surely iso files are iso files?
everytime I search for a iso file to make usb there is not one, no iso files from bitdefender download links??!0 -

Is it also possible to insert it in an ISO format so I can use it virtually? But still I don't know if it will work compared to the physical CD.

No, you can not use it "virtually" in Windows. Only if you mount it in a virtual machine.
