Service Stopped Running After Win8 Installation

Hello,


So i just installed the windows 8 beta and my bitdefender won't open. I attached a picture of the exact error message. It said to restart the computer but I have done that 3 times already and nothing has changed. Is bitdefender 2012 not compatible? I have the build version 15.0.37.1568

    Welcome to the forums.


    First off all, Microsoft recommends to use Windows 8 Consumer preview only for testing purposes(in virtual machines or special configurations), not on a daily PC.


    Bitdefender 2012 only supports Microsoft Windows XP SP3, Vista SP2 or Windows 7 SP1.


    When a complete version of Microsoft Windows 8 will be released, an implementation of Bitdefender will be released for it. Most likely the support for Windows 8 will come with Bitdefender 2013.
