Installing Over Norton

hello,

I want to install BitDefender over my current antivirus product, Norton Internet Security.

Will BitDefender detect and remove Norton as I install?

Should I try to remove Norton first?

Is this going to be a messy process, or simple?

BitDefender Installation kit doesn't remove any programs from your system.

yes you must uninstall norton's here are the intructions
