Dear Bitdefender Support


Please in your Bitdefender 2012 Direct Download Links for offline installations topic link at http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=27870 mention the current latest version that is currently available for download, previously i check date opposite the file in your ftp and noticed of version changes but you block access to ftp http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...urity/final/en/ <_<


so please give us version on that topic or unblock the ftp (at least for us customer with valid serial ) or show me a way to find the file is latest because i have not enough bandwidth to download 250 GB file and then find it is same old version. :wacko:


p.s for now can you please confirm the link for BitDefender Internet Security 2012 in mentioned link is 15.0.38.1604 ?

    Welcome back.


    Let me explain you the mechanism: first we released the product update via Automatic Updates. After 2 weeks from this moments, the update is pushed on the installation servers.


    Basically, when you install product, it will check for the latest product updates and installed them during the installation process.


    So, when the installation is done, you will have all the updates installed.


    I can confirm you that the .38 build is the latest product update in the market and it was also integrated in the installation kits.
