Hi Folks,


An old time user of BIS here - last used in 2010, but I can see things have changed a bit! My question relates to alerts generated by the IDS. These seem to simply block applications without asking, and you then have to go into the Events screen to 'unblock' safe apps. Is there any way to get IDS to ask if the users wants to allow or block certain apps? If not, is there any way to get the alert to stay visible until dealt with? I've had a couple of instances now where it has blocked apps, such as my Brother printer, when I've not been at the PC, and I've only realised by happening to go into the BIS Home screen, and spotting Events, as the alert does not stay visible for more than a few seconds.
