Updates Available Once A Week?

I'm looking over the main update directory at:


http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/


2010+2011+2012 shows last update May 18:


http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bitdefender_2012/


Yet V9 shows last update May 21, and V7+8 shows last update of May 22.


So I am confused. Older versions are being updated more regularly than newer versions?

    The V9 update file was updated recently because there was an issue with a definition.


    All files are updated each Friday in the evening and will be this week too.
