Update Error Again !

iam sick of your bad and unprofessional support, iam not leaving this topic until you totally fix whats going on with me.
since i installed BDTS 2012 am having alot alot of problems i cant even remember them all, slow pc, slow startup, browser hanged, youtube hanged, safe box notworking and now this stupid update error which keeps on repeating from time to time, and i found that re-installing BD is way much more easier fix than waiting your reply here.
i did download and run the support tool, and i got the file, for who should i send it ? please respond to me asap

For the current situation, let's try something else.
Please follow the steps from below:
1. Use our uninstall tool in order to uninstall/delete any previous BitDefender related files:

Access the link and when the window with the BitDefender file appears, please choose the "Save to disk" option. Save the tool on the PC, run it(right click and select "Run as administrator" - for Windows Vista/7) and restart the computer when prompted.
2. Download and install the software and then run it to clean your computer's registry and temporary files:

Once the cleaning is complete it's recommended to restart your computer.
If you have a registry cleaner already installed, you can use that one.
3. Install BitDefender using the latest installation kit available for download. Please note that you need to download (save) the installation kit prior to running it.
The BitDefender Total Security 2012 installation kit can be downloaded from here:

well i did reinstall, and now i can download again the update just fine.
but there is another problem which is happening to me alot, and i thought to include it in here since iam already here.
its about the registration.
Once i enter my email and pass the icon name changing from (Complete Registration) to (MyBitdefender). but once you close the main window of BD and re-open it again, you will see the icon back to (Complete Registration), and if you open it, you are also back to the login screen to enter your email and pass.

it didnt work since you replied last time.
everytime i close BD and i open it again, the icon changing to (Complete Registration)
and now the update error occurred again, i cant update anymore.
whats the findings of the file i sent to you last time ?
i need a solution
or return back my payment i dont need this product anymore

In this case, let's try something else:
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode With Networking.
[How to restart in SAFE MODE With Networking]
- Restart the computer;
- Press the "F8" key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu;
- Select "SAFE MODE With Networking"
Download and save this file on your desktop.

Run it(right click and select "Run as administrator" - for Windows Vista/7), wait for the process to finish and reboot your machine.
After this, reboot in Normal Mode and Repair the current installation of Bitdefender.

interesting results !
i did insert the license key and then the BDTS said that this license its for Total Security version and actually its Totaly Security as you can see in the screenshot.
please response asap because iam unprotected now.0 -
if you check the screenshot i sent you, in the end of the highlighted sentence there is (install BitDefender Total Security), i did click on that and then an installation window appeared to uninstall the product and reinstall it again, during the uninstall, my PC went down and then blue screen and i was not able to recover my PC at all, i lost my original windows since the recovery not accepting No.2 of the recovery CD`s for somereason, and i have been trying in the paste 4 days to do something but i couldnt return the windows, thanks god i was able to get out the personal data.
and still iam gonna use BitDefender because i like it, so please help me out solve my issues.
now iam working on a new windows, going to install BDTS, will PM you the emails and the serials once i get them from my mail.
will let you know how it will go with this new windows now.0 -
