Windows Crashes After Installing Bitdefender 2012
Dear Bitdefender team,
I had very smooth & pleasant experience with bitdefender internet security 2011, which led me to renew licence for the same product in 2012, But till now it has been turned into a total failure!
Soon after installation of this product, my system (Windows 7H 64 bit) faced with frequent crashes which finally after 1 week led to blue screen failure message!!! The only way I could get rid of that was uninstalling your product. After that everything went back to normal life. Recently after I read one post in this forum denoting the same complaint with some tips from your technical support team. I was encouraged, so I re-installed & updated it to the last build number 15.038-1604 but unfortunately again my windows started to work badly which finally leads to error message like below:
Error message title> Seccenter.exe-Bad image
c:\windows\system32\OLEACC.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing program again using original installtion or contact software vendor...
or another one as below:
Error message title> BTStackServer.exe - Application Error
the instruction at 0x0054c6b7 referenced memory at 0x000001ef. The memory could not be read.
I have to do force restart & again uninstall bitdefender internet security 2012. I really amazed why a successful security software can cause such bad impact! please help me to resolve this problem ...

My windows is regularly updated from the source via internet. So I'm not sure if I have to install SP1 separately or not?

Yes, it has been installed Windows edition build 7601, Service Pack 1
