[solved]license Key Not Accepted After Re-installation

I purchased and installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 last March. Recently, I had to replace the hard disc on my computer and re-installed Bitdefender on the new disc from a download link given by customer support in online chat. The problem is that I am unable to register the product because my license key is not being accepted. I get a message saying "we are not able to validate the license key you entered..." My license still has 262 days before expiry. Effort to resolve this through online chat with customer service has not worked and email contact has had no response so far.


Bitdefender is working ok, but on trial basis without license key. How do I resolve this issue?
