To Upgrade To 2013 Anti Virus Plus Or Not?

I have just recently renewed my Antivirus subscription approx 1 month back, I went through the process of uninstalling my 2011 product and successfully installed 2012 Antivirus Plus, all is working fine and no issues and happy with the way it is all running, but I now notice there is a free upgrade to the 2013 Antivirus Plus, is it worth the hassle of uninstalling it all AGAIN and setting up the 2013 version and maybe create problems or should I just stick with the 2012 version and maybe update next year to I assume the 2014 version when it is available. As far as detecting issues, viruses etc. is there any major changes that are worth the trouble of doing it all again after just not long setting up the 2012 version. Ie: is it neccessary to every year to have to update?

Provided that your are happy with your BD version and it smoothly runs, you'd better keep it for a couple of years, BD IS is (one of) the best software(*) on the market, unless you desperate look for the latest things and tricks (you could have tried the beta software on a second machine, couldn't you?) . Concerning the AV version alone, I do not know but... anyway... (*)

Bitdefender comes with new features and improvements, but we deliver the same definitions for all our products. If you are happy with Bitdefender 2012, you can keep it.

Even i was thinking to upgrade to 2013 but now i am very confirm that its the better and has to install for the new features and improvements. Thanks for the mentioning.
