Problem , Windows 8 And Ts13

i installed windows 8 and total security 13( one year ) on my pc , but when i want to login my connectivity network stop and i cant login to windows 8 , without total security is everything ok , i dont know why but i love TS13

    do you did a fresh installation?


    had you use any other bit. products on ur current machines before this?


    you can refer this for a full uninstallation


    and currently windows 8 still in RP,maybe full support will be after its official release...:)

    Do you have the final version of Windows 8 installed? I can see the build in the logs, is the RTM version?


    All the issues should be solved by using the new uninstall tool posted here http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35804 and a fresh installation using these instructions: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...f=312&id=53

    i installed again but my lock screen was black and after it's not happening ,i dont know why :(( , i run safe mode and disabled :


    after i disabled , now , everything is working great , but i wanna TS13 , help please

    Please follow the steps below and send us the result:


    a ) Go to this page


    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx and download the autoruns file.


    b ) Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;


    c ) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;


    d ) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;


    e ) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then send me a PM with it.


    If the file is too big to attach it, upload it on

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.20.0.1483(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    thank you so much , my problem solved , but i have a new problem


    when i checked services , bitdefender desktop parental control is disabled , i start it but when i restart or shutdown , it's disabled again and i must start it manually

    Did you configured an account for your children in the Parental Control Module?


    If not, that service should be off by default.
