Ts 2012 License Key Doesn't Work On Ts 2013

I have exactly same problem as this guy have ---> http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=36972


Im from India and bought TS 2012 last year, I still have 135 days remaining but I cannot activate TS 2013 with the same key.


Also Im using windows 8 x64 , so can't install TS 2012 first .... plz provide me best solution or provide me a new key...


I also opened a ticket ID: 201208241014742 but still not resolved.... plz help me

    Please send me a PM with the email address that you used to register the My Bitdefender account and you current license key so I can check them in the system.

  • Can u plz also tell me whenever I click on renew (in my bitdefender), it says invalid key on the next page? (http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Store/quickRenew/ )... I also tried entering it manually

    Did you used the new that I have sent you?


    The old one was invalidated. When I enter your key in the Quick Renew form is working properly.

  • Its strange.... I have just checked it , it not working for me (See the pic attached, I hv hided some chars of Lic Key for security purpose)


    I have entered the same new key which u gave me 2E***AR but it says "Invalid Key" ... see the screenshot attached

  • Also my.bitdefender.com is not showing any device connected. Its saying "There are no devices associated with your account". Actually I deleted my PC from my.bitdefender.com before applying the new License which you gave, since then its not showing any connected device. Wht Should I do?

  • Hey, thanks for prompt reply... I tried repairing, then restarted but no luck, still showing no devices associated, .... does it takes some time after repairing to update on mybitdefender?
