Unable To Load Updates

Because the users get no answers in the german section of this forum, i try it here.


Since a week, there are big problems to load the updates with Bitdefender TS 2013. It seems, the program can not contact the server.


In this moment it tries since 15 minutes to load the updates. But without access.


I tried to load the updates with disabled firewall. But the firewall wasn't the reason for the problem.
