Cannot Run Rescue Mode On My Pc's To Remove Infected Files After Scan
Bitdefender Internet security 2013 is very disappointing product which seems to have been released before it has been fully tested (2012 was a good product). When I do a scan on my PC & two laptops it tells me that there are 65 possibly infected files that the scan has failed to scan. When I go to rescue mode as advised I cannot download the virus definitions to start the scan (this is with Ethernet cable connect not wireless as advised by support) & receive an error message, so the scan wont start. When I click continue on the original scan there is no record of the files that the scan failed on in the log.
There is now a major problem BITDEFENDER's SERVER HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 48 HOURS AND THERE ARE NO UPDATES COMING THROUGH (as advised by Support)

Hi Christian,
I am still unable to run rescue mode on my PC with Ethernet cable connection after completing the above steps, it will not load the definitions, it stops after a few minutes with error (-1011).
I have sent scan results to support Ticket ID:201209011000474 on 06/09/12 - no reply yet.
The scan result was from one of my laptops and lists "959 threats ignored" - See attached Scan Log. (I also have ignored threats on my PC and other laptop)0 -

1. Attached is the scan log with the auto update off. If that is that is the case that the auto update needs to be disabled before the scan starts, (I have noticed that when I run a slide show it switches to auto games mod and there are no updates until the slide show is stopped) maybe this should updated to happen at the start of every scan.
I have 1 PC & 2 Laptops using BD 2013 and they are all having the same problem, if I run another scan after the first scan it is all clear with no failed files.
2. You have not replied to my question as to Rescue mode not loading the definitions from windows & coming up with error (-1011) after a few minutes - could it be that my default browser is firefox & what is error (-1011).0 -

The scan log is clean, no malware was found on your PC.
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.21.0.1504(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
