Bitdfender Cannot block ads but even kaspersky first download full page with ads then blocks the ads.
Instead You can use adblockplus extension for browsers which blocks ads from begining i.e. loading of web page.
Bitdefender is ranked one by av labs

Hi,
Let me put it in another way.
All these sites (people), need money for surviving, cause in real world there is no free service. That explain the WHY term.
The WAY term is on their manager's hands that MUST BE likeable to their customers (companies who pay for advertising their products or showing us what's first, second etc.).
