Most of the time when i restart my pc bd desktop parental control is disabled and i must restart again that to run it


what's my problem ?

    Have you configured parental control on the my.bitdefender.com portal?

    no ,


    i dont know why it's happened but when i restart my pc it's disabled and i must restart again or twice to run it , it's normal ?

    Did you tried to set your Desktop Parental Control to "Automatic" ?


    (right click<properties>choose startup type automatic<apply<ok)


    Or maybe you've already done this but your Desktop Parental Control was still disabled after every "turn on/restrat" of your system ?


    You should also configure Parental control on the "My Bitdefender" as Will Wood recommended.

    yes i set it to automatic but when i restart again it's disabled :( i contact supporter , they said repair your bitdefender through unistall or change a program but this solution not worked


    now i have 2 problems in windows 8 with bitdefender

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
