[resolved] Lost My Product Key

Hi. I just reformatted my HDD. So i have just installed bit defender total security 2012 and i have lost my subscription, i had 291 days left. I can still log into my bitdefender account but i cannot log into my email, because it recently got hacked. Would someone be able to give me some advice on how to fix this, and email me at my new address statmanbruno@hotmail.com. My account is tied to green_pea_22@hotmail.com please dont send it there

    go to my bitdefender site


    then click on your email address a drop down menu will appear.


    then select products your key will be listed there with the product it has tied to.


    the key can used upto 3 different email account.


    then go to bitdefender module in your pc/laptop


    click on my bitdefeder drop down menu.


    select account settings under your email id. there is option to login with different account. then register your software.


    please reply if Your problem is solved or not?

  • I think the fastest way here is to contact support, verify your account with them, and they would be able to walk you through with the whole process. smile2.png
