Random Freezing Of Computer (mouse Still Moves Though)
Hi all, I purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2013 after receiving an email offer (£19.99 ish). After installing on my Windows 7 (64bit) system, it keeps freezing for minutes at a time (the only evidence of life, is that the mouse pointer still moves, and if I have Chrome open, any movement of the pointer seems to scroll the current page, as if the scroll lock's been enabled).
I can't afford to be wasting to much time, so wanted to know if anyone's experienced the same thing, or whether anyone has a suggestion of a fix (short of uninstalling).
If it can't be fixed, I think I'll have no option but to request a refund, on what appears (after googling) to be a beta product, rushed out of development.

Remove my RAM? From a new laptop?! I don't think so. It was fine before installing bitdefender.0 -
Hello
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
