Icon Keeps Hiding

It seems about half the time my BDTS2013 icon doesn't appear in the tray or taskbar. Anything I can do to get this icon to reappear permanently? I am running Windows 7 x64 Home Prem. The install went fine and I used to have this problem with BDIS2012.

    Are you talking about the windows tray icons setting because it is set to always show in the tray. If BDTS2013 has a box for that then I totally missed it.

    Hello :)


    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
