[resolved] Toolbar Still Not Working In Thunderbird

Hello forum,

When I select an email, I get the clickable options in the toolbar, but 'Add Spammer' and 'Is Spam' buttons do nothing.

In fact only the 'Settings' button reacts to clicks.

This is a continuing problem from 2012.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Lee.

Can I expect some assistance with this issue? It has been ongoing since 2012.

    regards,

    Hi Lee,

We are on it! If you want, it would be helpful to have a few more details about the issue.

Can you tell us what email client you are using? (Is it Thunderbird as on the other thread?) What about its version?

    Thanks!

    Andra.

  • AndraM,

You can read my original post for the 2012 version....it will get you started:

Is the BDToolbar only intended for POP3 email accounts?

    Yes, indeed.

I've just found that out, thanks.

Will the Anti-spam module ever be written to detect spam using IMAP?

I prefer the having my messages in the cloud than building up on my hard drive, especially when there are attachments.
