Bit Defender Modules

:D Hello everyone.....new member..... Just purchased BD a day ago and running into a problem. Now I have sent and created a ticket with support as well as created a file using their support tool but no response to date.


1.) When clicking on "Dashboard_" or Safego or ID theft protection, my browser opens up to a blank site which is totally black.


I am using IE9 I also tried Firefox same issue.


I have chatted with tech support also and as indicated have sent information to them using the support tool supplied by them. But no response.


Appreciate help from the members, thanks in advance :D

    Hello :)


    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.22.0.1534(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.22.0.1534(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    Sorry to say no....................the same problem exists when the browser opens up it shows a blank page in black....than I have to back out the URL up to the word my than click it again and than the page will load properly. This is the only way each time to access the dashboard or my profile or even facebook events.

    Let me add on further on this issue, when I click on the dashboard this is the URL that opens up blank and in the black:https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/?#page=main.index


    I than back the url out which will show like this :https://my.bitdefender.com/en_us/my/


    At this point I hit the return key and it than loads again as the first url above, correctly and my page opens???


    I have to go 2 steps to open the dashboard....... account settings and my facebook.

    Reboot one more time the PC and the panels should be displayed properly.
