    Which software and what improvements? There is not a single software support on this forum other than 2013 version.

    How do you know the inside information of BD?? Are you working for Bitdefender or what??

    It's not important who I am. My advice is not to lose hope. BD team knows about the problems and the changelog for the latest build will be delivered soon.

    So they are not responding on the forums to help resolve problems because they are too busy working on the software trying to resolve problems??? :wacko:

  • No disrespect intended, but this sounds like a spammer of some kind. I mean, where's the company ID on the original poster's profile? And since when does an anti-virus program company send out spy-type posts "It's not important who I am...." really? :ph34r: Again, I mean no disrespect, but really? What's the point of your post?

    I am not a spammer or a spy. I am a BD user. I had a chat with BD regarding the lack of feedback on forum and I posted the information on the forum. Are you happy now? For your curiosity, I am a Romanian who lives in Australia. I hope you will feel better now.

    It seems that what I posted is true.

    The above is to remind myself that I am talking about the same product!


    I seem to have been deserted even though I have an open ticket (201208301022411)


    The last email I received from customer care was on the 19 September, nothing since even though I have contacted them.


    BD is so good that every time it is installed it is impossible for me to connect to the internet – I have to un install it to contact anyone, so I suppose for my system the product is ‘not fit for purpose’.
