    Exactly why i never again trust BD products and their support. They just give all the hoops go to with no resolve solution, nothing but problems with BD, guaranteed more than a spyware!!

    it seems that Christian is the only skillful person in the Bitdefender labs whose demand is also in another project(s) as we can also see that there is no other person who is capable for his replacement.....wow.....Christian, I salute you for your talent. :)

    Absolutely Ont...the same was true previously with DannyDan...truly 'an army of 1' ! Both DD and Christain have an unbelievable work load. My biggest gripe is when I 1st started with Bitdefender 2010...there were others that would help out...George R and another fairly regularly replying support individual.


    I assume these others were/are principals of the company...not support personal...but at least the 'wait time' was greatly reduced...and they knew Bitdefender inner works and were very helpful.


    I assume Bitdefender is like 99% of other companies in this current world enviorment...trying to do more with less...as is the world-wide company that I'm currently working for and so many others.


    Christan and DannyDan before him do monumental work...just wish the company would support them a little more at crunch time as they used to do in 2010...

    I think that it's not a matter of persons (Christian, Danny etc) but a matter of company (leaders and policy-if they have).


    Is this "crunch time" only for BD?


    Why all the others AV companies - in this crunch time - have sufficient support & services (see their forums), respecting their customers?


    Why the first thing BD company lost - in this crunch time - is customer's respect (who pays cash)?


    I can think only one thing: Respect is a matter of civilization and perhaps this is their weak point.

    Yes, my brother, he really don't wanna talk about Bitdefender any longer, last straw for him so i will be the one hehe since i've tried Bitdefender myself for 2 weeks and yes i do believe in him nothing but problems. Good Luck

  • What a huge company and only a single person is responsible to look after this English forum.....isn't a shame? No Moderators bother to reply even, no substitute for Technical Support person (Christian).....Is it a forum or a trash or a place where we dump our issues and concerns or it is black hole which grasp all the posts no reply can come from it.

    It's a place of trash! I, my brother, co-worker, and family everybody that i know of already abandoned Bitdefender. I (we) will never believe in this product whatsoever because of the lack of response either through mail, chat,forum or calling. They will never respond yet got a geerated response say it will reply 24-48 hrs. What a lie.

    technical support through email, you get a generate response email say it will reply within 24-48 hrs but good luck waiting (lie).

    Yup, it just keeps getting stranger and stranger. I think we would all feel better if a representative of Bitdefender would get on here and just come clean about what is really happening rather than giving us the old 'dog ate my homework' excuse. They seem to spend a lot of time trying to sell their product and very little supporting it.

    Don't worry half of the world already know about this product can do to their computer and support so they won't spend tons of money on this product called Bitdefender :). It's going downhill very slowly, day by day, hehe.
