Auto Update Not Working Bd Ts 2013/win 7 Pro 64
Auto Update (AU) does not work.
I have DB TS 2013 - just upgraded to 16.23.0.1637
AU did not work properly on BD TS 2012 and is not working in BD TS 2013.
I have to manually click the update button.
When I manually click update - it updates normally.
I have a wifi broadband connection. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64
Windows Action Centre tells me if it has not updated - sometimes it does not update for days.
I used the in-built help to submit a ticket but got no response.
Hope you can help me.
