I have opened this ticket in the system 201211011001443 and my colleague George will assist you.
After you receive the new key, use this uninstall tool to remove the current version of Bitdefender:
http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...nstall_Tool.exe
Reboot when needed.
